New Families - Click on the My Family Lounge Portal, click on register and follow the prompts.

Existing Family- Please do not register through the My Family Lounge portal on our website if you are already enrolled at the centre.  You simply need to sign in with your login details, which were provided via email. 

How do I Register to My Family Lounge?

1. Click on the My Family Lounge portal

2. Enter your email and click "Sign in"

3. Click "Forgotten Password"

4. Enter your email address and click "Recover email"

5. An email will be sent prompting you to reset your password. 

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If your enrolment form won’t save please ensure that all mandatory questions have been answered and mandatory forms are uploaded.

 

Scroll through the document and any questions not answered will be highlighted in red with an explanation provided.

Why wont the enrolment form save?

After saving-

Select the “service to enrol” from the drop down list at the top left hand corner.

 Click on the “submit” button to ensure your child’s enrolment is received by us.

Note- Your enrolment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from POOSC

My Enrolment form has been successfully saved, what happens now?

1. On the 'enrolment management page', scroll down to 'Booking Request'

2. Click “new request”

3. Complete the details

4. Click “Save”

A booking request will be sent to POOSC and will will notify you via email if we have a permanent spot available. 

How do I request a permanent booking 

How do I make a change to the days I require for permanent bookings?

1. On the enrolment management page, scroll down to “Current  bookings” 

2. Click on the “edit” button beside the most recent booking for each child. Select which year group your child is in. 

3. Ensure that you request the correct date that you need the changes to start from.  I you are requesting a permanent booking for the start of term 1 2019, please select the start date of 1/1/19

4. Click “Request”

How do I change my booking days?

I am receiving a message that I already have an existing booking.


What should I do?

If you need a fortnightly bookings you can include a note in the comments box when making your booking request. This will alert POOSC to make the necessary adjustments. 

If you are unsure, please email us. 

What if I need my bookings on a fortnightly basis?

Once you  your booking request, we will review it and send you an offer email. You will need to log in to your My Family Lounge account to accept/decline the booking – If you don't accept the booking, it will not be confirmed and your child will not have care.

To make a casual booking. please email poosc@bigpond.com and ask for a casual booking or sms Rachael (Coordinator) 0490 357 784 and she will get back to you to let you know if there are any spots available

How do I make a casual booking?

You must notify us if you child will be absent from afternoon care.
Please email us or text Rachael if you child is absent. 0490357784

If you have a permanent booking, it means we are holding a place for you. Thus, your account will be charge whether your child is in attendance or not. 

What do I do if my child will be absent for aftercare?

If you wish to completely cancel your permanent booking you will need to email poosc@bigpond.com with at least 14 day’s notice.

If you are canceling a casual booking please notify us via email before 2pm on the day of the booking. 

How do I cancel a booking?

If you request care but there is no space available, you will be notified via email and you will go on our waitlist.

If you are currently on the waitlist and a position becomes available, the we will create an offer for you, which you will receive via email.

1. Log in to your My Family Lounge account

2. Scroll down to “Offer”

3. Click “View Offer”

4. You can accept or decline the offer.
