Submit a New Enrolment or Re-Enrol for Next Year

We are so excited to inform you that POOSC has subscribed to a fantastic online booking and waitlist management program called QK Enrol.  This program will give you the ability to submit enrollment applications, request permanent bookings and update your details all online, through our parent portal called 
My Family Lounge 

Please follow the steps below to sign on to the My Family Lounge Portal 

We recommend using a desktop or laptop to access this program, rather than a phone. 

Enrolment for New Families

For any NEW families wanting to enrol at POOSC, you will need to REGISTER your details on to a new My Family Lounge account. 

For any EXISTING families already enrolled in POOSC, you are already registered in the system and should have received your login details via email.  You just need to SIGN IN through the My Family Lounge portal with these details. Simply click on 'Forgotten Password' and follow the log in prompts. 


If you already have one child enrolled at POOSC and you have another new kindy child starting with us, please log on to your My Family Lounge account and simple click “Add Child” and fill in their details. Do not fill in the "Start Enrolment" section yet, as you need to request a booking with us first. Please go to "New Request" in the booking section and submit a new booking request. We will confirm your booking via email and after this time you can start your child's full enrolment. 
 

Step 1

Click on the "New Families Register Here' button below

A register seen will appear. Fill in some details and click register and set a password. 

Step 2

Log into your My Family Lounge account, and in the CHILD section, select 'New Child' and fill in some basic details. This is all you need to do for now regarding your child's enrolment. Do not click on the start enrolment button yet, as you need to submit a booking request first to our service.

Once a booking request is confirmed via email, then you can fill in a full enrolment. Please read below to find out how to make a booking request

 

Step 3

After you have filled in some basic details in the new child section, please press "New Request" in the booking section. 

Fill in the days you would like to request care for a a start date. If you would like your child to start care right at the beginning of the 2019 school year, please fill the start date in as 1/1/19

 

Step 4 

Once you save your booking request, it will be sent to our service and you will be sent a confirmation email. We will contact you via email and confirm you booking request and once this is confirmed, you can log back in to your My Family Lounge account and select 'Start Enrolment' for your child. This will allow you to submit all details required for your child to start care with us.

Fee payments 

We require all new families to fill out the permission form for Debitsuccess to collect funds from your nominated bank account or credit card as part of your enrolment.

Re-Enrol You Child In To Care

For any EXISTING families already enrolled in POOSC, you are already registered in the POOSC system and should have received your My Family Lounge login details via email.  Please contact POOSC via email if you are unsure of your log in details but please check your emails first because a login would have been sent out to each family previously. 

You just need to SIGN IN through the My Family Lounge portal with those details. 

Step 1 

Click on the "Existing Family Sign In Here" button below. 

You will be taken to the log in page. Please use your email address what your use when corresponding with POOSC as this is the email we will have on out records. If you are unsure of your password or logging in for the first time, please select 'Forgotten Password' and follow the prompts. If you know your password, please enter it and press 'Sign in'.

Step 2

Log into your My Family Lounge account and check that all of your details are up to date. Please ensure your phone number, email, home address and information about your emergency contact and pick up list people is correct. 

 

Step 3
Go to the Bookings section and edit a request for which days you require care. Do this by selecting 'Edit' next to your child's current booking. (This will not change your child's current booking, merely submit a request for it to change on the date your select it to.)
If you are booking in care for the start of term 1 2020, please select the start date as 1/1/20.

Please do not click on "New Request" if you already have a booking with us as it will not be valid, please just edit your current booking.

Once you enter your booking request, you will be sent an email validating this. 

If you have requested a permanent booking for Before or After School Care, we will email you regarding availability. 
If we have a spot available for your child, we will email you an
offer. Before school care bookings will be listed as BSC and after school care bookings as ASC 
Simply accept the offer and confirm your spot.

If you don't accept the offer within 7 days, your spot will not be confirmed and your child will not have care. 

 

If we do not have a spot available right away, we will email you with notification that you have been added to the waitlist. When we have a space, we will notify you.

To add a new Kindy to your already existing account follow these steps

Step 1

Log into your My Family Lounge account

 

Step 2

In the CHILD section, select 'New Child' and fill in some basic details. This is all you need to do for now regarding your child's enrolment. Do not click on the start enrolment button yet, as you need to submit a booking request first to our service. Once a booking request is confirmed from us via email, then you can fill in a full enrolment. Follow Step 2 on how to submit a booking request.

 

Step 2

To submit a booking request, go to the bookings section on your my family lounge account and click on 'New Request' 

Fill in which days you need care and select a start date. For children starting at the beginning of the school year, please enter in 1/1/2019 as your start date. 

New child starting- Press 'New Request' 

Older child realy with a booking- Press 'Edit' next to their current booking. 

Step 3 

Once you save your booking request, it will be sent to our service. We will contact you via email and confirm you new childs booking and once this is confirmed, you can log back in to your My Family Lounge account and select 'Start Enrolment' for your child.
